TRAMPOLINE 1

16x20 oil on canvas
SOLD

I'm working on a donation painting that's been a bit of a bear to do and himself has been rather adamant about me posting as much as possible so I thought I'd haul out some older stuff in the meantime.

This is from '08 I believe and is the first in a series of three paintings of a girl jumping on a trampoline. If I had it to do over again I certainly would tone down that shadow. Ouch!

  1. I love the motion in this one! The lilt in her body and the floating of the hair and dress are phenomenal Suzanne!

  4. Oh but how beautiful and what a cool idea! To be dressed in your finest and yet be on the trampoline! Considering that a trampoline mat is black, I would imagine the shadow would be dark like this, my friend. But where is her other leg? I can just imagine the glee on her face!
